'SONSHINE FARM' We had an awesome time this year on the Farm! What a fun week. We had over 128 registered!! Our farm hands used the farm topics of planting, light, water, pruning, and harvest to teach Bible concepts of creation, Jesus being the Light of the world and Living Water, God’s pruning of our lives, and the final harvest, when God calls his people to Heaven. We had visits from goats, chickens, rabbits and a shetland pony! They enjoyed lesson time in the SONshine Theatre, crafts, recreation, music and being together with friends! With a hearty meal (over 1000 meals served during the week) they were ready for the evening. The Offerings for the week went to Hiefer International. The kids purchased 2 Goats, a Flock of Chickens, 2 Trios of Rabbits, 1 Pig, 2 Sheep, 1 Community Animal Health Kit, 2 Boost Of Nutrition Gifts and even a Water Buffalo for needy families in other countries. WOW! What a Week on the Farm! What will be the Theme for next year?
